Garden Tower Defense Codes (October 2026)
Garden Tower Defense, by Garden Defenders, crosses Grow a Garden-style gardening with tower defense: grow and place plants to hold off swarms and defend your base, with Seeds — the currency codes pay out — funding stronger plants across 350+ units. Two codes are the only working ones per both Destructoid (October 3, 2026) and Twinfinite, and both are flagged New. The disagreement is handled in the expired list: a couple of lower-tier lists keep MORTAR and TIMESTOP (and more) as active, but Twinfinite and Destructoid file them expired, so they are not counted here.
Latest Garden Tower Defense update
Both codes below dropped on October 3, 2026 with the update that added the Parasite Plant and Shockfrost Sprout and reworked Freeze (per the game's own description), and the game updated again on October 5, 2026 per tracker stats. No expiry date is published for either code — they were still listed active on the October 6 checks, three days after the drop.

Are MORTAR and TIMESTOP still working?
We count them as expired. Twinfinite lists all prior codes — including MORTAR and TIMESTOP — as expired, and Destructoid's October 3 check lists only SHOCKFROST and PARASITE as working. TechBasket (October 4) does list MORTAR and TIMESTOP as working and Pocket Codes lists 14 active, but the two top trackers agree against them.
What do Seeds do in Garden Tower Defense?
Seeds are the currency for stronger plants — the units you grow and place to defend your base. SHOCKFROST and PARASITE together pay 1,250 Seeds.
When do SHOCKFROST and PARASITE expire?
No expiry date is published for either code. They dropped October 3, 2026 and were still listed active on October 6 checks — redeem them sooner rather than later.
